CRS hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display, for home, personal, and commercial use, only for the purposes of viewing and purchasing goods and/or services from CRS, one copy of any Material and/or software that you may download from this site, including, but not limited to, any files, scripts, codes, audio or images incorporated in or generated by the software (collectively the "Downloaded Material") provided, however, that you must maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Downloaded Material. You acknowledge and agree that you may not sub-license, assign or otherwise transfer this license or the Downloaded Material and that no title to the Downloaded Material has been or will be transferred to you from CRS or anyone else. A Note about Commodity Products: Tablewares and other imported products may not always be manufactured to the exact same specifications or by the same company. It is not uncommon to experience differences in size, shape or colour compared to the same products imported previously, or even between products imported in the same shipment, and are therefore beyond CRS's control. For more consistency, CRS highly recommends branded products.

Clearance Items: Clearance item pricing is only available on in-stock quantities. Ordering more than the specified available quantity will require CRS to calculate current pricing on the excess quantity and confirm this new pricing with you prior to processing your order. Case pack quantities may by mandatory for quantities over the available in-stock quantities. Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

Who can buy? CRS is open to the public and can ship to anywhere in Canada. Businesses within the foodservice, hospitality, and institutional industries may be eligible for discounts on certain product groups with certain conditions and restrictions. Please contact us for more information. Existing CRS customers may create a login on this website that will connect them to their account at CRS which will let them view item and invoice history, current order statuses, and favorite item lists. You will need your customer number, found on invoices and statements, and either your primary phone number or postal code. If you experience difficulties when creating your login account, please contact us for assistance. If you create a login that is not connected to your existing account, you will not have access to your discount levels, history, etc.

Pricing: All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice and does not include applicable taxes, shipping and/or freight charges or service fees. Changes and/or corrections may be made at any time without prior notification.

Payment: For your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards online via Moneris Credit Card Processing. Credit Cards are Pre-Authorized at the time or ordering and are not actually charged until the order is shipped. This allows us flexibility if we need to make adjustments to the order amount, for example, if we noticed that some items you've ordered are not compatible with other items on your order and we've been confirmed to make changes to your order.

Credit Card Security: Moneris processes credit cards with security enhancements. Verified by Visa® and MasterCard SecureCode™ are used when the credit card holder has registered with their credit card company to be able to use extra security in order to purchase online. Canadian Restaurant Supply Ltd. cannot offer any way to process a credit card with Verified by Visa® or MasterCard SecureCode™ without the proper security information. Other security enhancements include AVS (Address Verification Service) and CVC (Card Validation Code) security validation. These require you to enter your address exactly as it appears on your billing statement and the security code found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. If either of these security verifications fail, your payment may be rejected, or there may be delays in processing your order and you may be contacted by us for further security verification.

If there are any back ordered items on your order, the full payment for the full order will be charged to your credit card when we ship the items that are not back ordered. The balance remaining for the back ordered items will be applied to the order as a deposit until the back ordered items are shipped.

CRS OAC (Credit) Account customers may place their orders on account, providing that there is sufficient credit available and their account is in good standing and there is no over-due balance. Credit Account customers are still bound by the terms and agreements of CRS's Credit Application.

BC Taxes: Orders processed for pickup, either in person or by your courier, or shipments within the province of British Columbia will be charged 5% GST and 7% BC PST. Resellers are required to submit their PST Exempt Certificate prior to ordering to be exempt from paying the PST portion.

Taxes for Other Provinces: Orders shipping to Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland/Labrador will be charged 13% HST, Prince Edward Island 14% HST, and Nova Scotia will be charged 15% HST. Saskatchewan will be charged 5% GST and 5% PST. Manitoba will be charged 5% GST and 8% RST. All other provinces and Territories will only be charged 5% GST. At this time, it is the consumers responsibility of submitting QST for shipments arriving in the province of Quebec. (All taxes are calculated based on the Rules of Supply, meaning the consumer will be charged the taxes for the province where possession of the product is taken. Shipping collect with the consumer’s courier means the consumer has taken possession in the province from where the product will be picked up by the courier.)

CRS Warrantied Items: The warranty provided by CRS for Used Equipment is restricted to CRS’s service area within the Okanagan Valley. Truck and Travel charges may not be included. Other restrictions may apply.

Other: This site is controlled and operated by CRS from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada with some content hosted in California, USA. CRS makes no representations that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. No software from this site may be downloaded, exported or reexported into (or to a national or resident of) any countries that are subject to Canadian export restrictions.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such Province. Any action you bring to enforce this agreement or any matters related to this site shall be brought in either the Province Courts in Kelowna, British Columbia, or the Federal Courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia. If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
